I’ll monitor the market for homes that align with your vision and arrange showings that fit your schedule.
 
You may find that your preferences shift a little and that’s completely normal. Seeing a place in person helps clarify what is truly important. We’re not just chasing listings, we’re narrowing in on the place that’s going to feel like home.

3. Offer & Negotiation

Once we find the home that feels right, the next move is to put together a well-structured offer that positions you to stand out.

We’ll review recent sales and current market trends to get a clear sense of value. I’ll walk you through all your options and help you decide on the terms that make the most sense for you — such as being competitive on price, or flexible on timing, or clear about specific conditions that we will put in the contract.

After the offer is submitted, I’ll manage all communication with the seller’s agent and keep you updated every step of the way. Negotiations are a natural part of the process, and I’ll keep your priorities at the center of every decision, to make sure that you end up in the strongest possible position.

Once the details are agreed upon and locked in, we’ll get it signed and officially move one step closer to making that home yours.

4. Pre-Closing
