Buyer Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not happy with the home you bought through me within the first 12 months, I’ll sell it for free. No commission, no strings attached.
Conditions:
1. I’ll cover my portion of the commission when we list your home for sale. You’ll only need to pay the buyer’s agent fee (which is 3.22% on the first $100,000 and 1.15% on the remaining balance) if they bring a qualified buyer.
2. You’ll sign a 180-day listing agreement with me to give us the time and focus to properly market and sell your home.
3. To qualify, you’ll need to purchase another home of equal or greater value through me as your exclusive buyer’s agent. In most cases, the seller or builder covers my fee, but if they don’t, you agree to pay the difference at closing.
4. If you’re selling because of a job transfer, this guarantee won’t apply — especially if your employer is covering your moving costs.
