Our Buyer Satisfaction Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the home you purchased through Amit Chopra Real Estate Group, within 12 months of the date you completed the sale, we will waive our normal commission charges and sell the home for FREE!
Conditions:
1. Amit Chopra will waive his portion of the listing broker fee normally charged, however you will be responsible for paying the buyer brokerage fee of 3.22% on the first $100,000 and 1.15% on the balance of the purchase price to any agent who brings an acceptable offer to purchase (including Amit Chopra Real Estate Group).
2. Sign a 180-day listing agreement with Amit Chopra Real Estate Group.
3. You must purchase another home of equal or greater value using Amit Chopra as your exclusive buyer agent, with a fee of 3.22% on the first $100,000 and 1.15% on the balance paid by the listing company, private home owner (FSBO), or new home builder. Any amount received less than this buyers fee shall be paid by you to Amit Chopra’s brokerage at closing, as part of the brokerage fee due and owing Amit Chopra under this agreement.
4. Any sale based upon a job transfer that requires selling your home, whether or not your employer is paying your closing costs will invalidate this agreement.
