Amit sold my home at the exact price he quoted within a few weeks when nothing else wasn’t selling in my area, even at a lower price. This guy knows his numbers, he never inflates or deflates the numbers to bag the listing but will give an honest opinion, even will advise you to wait to sell if it doesn’t make financial sense at the time.
