Seller Satisfaction Guarantee
1. Communication
You will receive a weekly update phone call from my team on the progress of the sale of your home. Your phone calls to our office will be returned as soon as possible, always within 24 hours.
GUARANTEE:
If I fail to update you weekly or fail to return your call within 24 hours, I will deduct $250.00 from the commission when your home is sold.
2. Honest Promises
Just like with my communication guarantee, I believe in setting honest expectations from the start. I won’t make exaggerated promises just to win your business. Instead, I’ll clearly explain what I can and will do, how I work, and what to expect. Everything will be outlined in a detailed Professional Service Agreement that you will receive in writing when your home is listed.
GUARANTEE:
If I fail to honour that agreement, I will pay you a $250.00 penalty on closing.
3. Realistic Pricing Strategy
I will get you top dollar for your home. My track record and statistics prove it. But I will never play the ‘bait and switch’ game of promising to get you a completely unrealistic price just to get your attention, then wearing you down with low ball offers. Unfortunately, this does happen in our business!
GUARANTEE:
If your home sells below my recommended price, I will make it right. For every $10,000.00 below my recommended price, I will pay you $250.00, up to $1000.00 at closing.
4. Effective Marketing
I implement a comprehensive marketing program designed to sell your home effectively. You will be informed of each step of this process in advance and will receive weekly updates on our marketing activities. Alongside my recommended sale price, we will establish a realistic target timeframe for the successful sale of your home. My proactive approach often results in a quicker sale.
GUARANTEE:
If a written offer is not presented within 59 days of the listing date, I will reduce my commission by $250.00 for each subsequent week that passes, up to a total reduction of $1,000.00, payable upon the successful closing of your home.
5. Accurate Presentation of Experience and Track Record
All information regarding the Amit Chopra Real Estate Group presented in my materials is summarized in my “FACTS” brochure, which provides an accurate and fact-based overview supported by verifiable documentation available upon request.
GUARANTEE:
If you can demonstrate any factual inaccuracies within this document, I will personally donate $250.00 to a charity of your choice.
6. Qualified Buyers
Nothing is more inconvenient than being kicked out of your home during the showing process, or worse, accepting an offer on your home only to discover, weeks later, that the buyer can not secure the home loan. My focus is on making sure showings are with genuinely interested and capable individuals.
GUARANTEE:
If your home is shown to a buyer who later informs us they cannot afford the property, I will pay you $250.00 at closing.
